Our company is looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our team and help manage our office's financial operations in the construction development industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, developing budgets, and managing accounts payable and receivable. The Accounting Specialist must have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Analyze financial data and present findings to management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain records of financial transactions.
- Provide assistance with budgeting and forecasting.
- Develop internal control procedures to ensure accuracy of financial information.
- Provide advice on accounting matters.
- Perform reconciliations of accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
